Terms of Service

These terms apply to the use of this website and to GIS data and services purchased from GEOINTEL LAND.

1. Decision-support only

Our analyses, scores, maps and datasets are decision-support information. They do not replace cadastral surveys, legal due diligence, geotechnical investigations, environmental assessments, engineering certification or regulatory approvals. Interactive demos and items marked “illustrative” use demonstration data.

2. Orders and pricing

• Prices shown are indicative and calculated from the selected format and project area tier. The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged.
• Data is delivered within the period stated on the product page after confirmed payment and confirmation of your data requirements (area of interest, format).
• If the requested data cannot be supplied for your area, we will offer an alternative or a full refund.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by Flutterwave. An order is confirmed only after the payment has been verified with the provider.

4. Delivery and downloads

Files are delivered through a secure, time-limited download link sent to the email used at checkout. Please download and back up your files before the link expires.

5. Licence

Use of purchased data is governed by the Data License.

6. Fixed-price services

Fixed-price packages cover the scope described on the page for a single site. Additional sites or scope are quoted separately.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of decision-support information.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda unless otherwise agreed in writing.
